Processing Times of Various District Offices, Service Centers and National Benefits Center, and Case Status Online The US CIS has began publishing the processing times of all of its District Offices, Service Centers, and National Benefits Center in its web site, in addition to the online case status check. If you want to know the processing time of a particular application/petition pending before any US CIS District Office or Service Center or National Benefits Center please click on the link below and go to the District Office or Service Center or National Benefits Center location where you want to check the status of your pending case. Because of shifting priorities, workload adjustments, available resources, and a host of other reasons, the Processing Time reflected on your Receipt Notice for any given Application/Petition type may not match the Date of Cases Pending Initial Adjudication. Processing Time/Case Status Online Remember the status of those applications and petitions filed and pending with US CIS District/Sub Offices are not able to be checked through this on line system. If you need more Information about your case or questions you can call US CIS National Customer Service Center (NCS) at 1-800-375-5283 and talk to live persons who may assist you with your questions or concerns. Please have your receipt/Green Card/Naturalization Certificate in your hand when you call the NCS Center. |
