Our Fees: For the excellent reputation and the popularity that we have in the community, and for the individual service that we provide, we have the lowest fee when comparing to other law firms doing the same kind of services. We have flat fee structure, and the flat fee will be decided upon reviewing the case, and the documents and other evidence. Anyone who retains this firm has to sign an Agreement for Legal Services, agreeing to pay a flat fee for our legal services including our office expenses and excluding the filing fee to be paid to the USCIS. At the time of signing the Agreement for Legal Services, we require a retainer of 1/3 or 1/4 of the attorney fee and full office expenses. The balance of the attorney fee to be paid in convenient monthly installments by post dated checks in advance by those who qualify. We do not normally send monthly statements, mainly to reduce the cost of office expenses, but after preparing and filing your case/matter, we will send you a statement, which in detail will provide the total fee, office expenses, filing fee, fee paid as retainer, balance to be paid in monthly installments, and the time the checks will be presented for payment. We do not accept credit cards, since we believe there should be mutual trust and honest between us and our clients .We also allow our clients to make payments by post dated checks for the monthly installments. If you have difficulty in making the installments, let us know, we will work it out to your convenience. We also offer discount rates of fee in deserving cases please contact us for details. You can also contact us for a one-time in person office consultation at no further obligation, for only $65.00 for family related matters and for $165.00 for employment related matters and If within 30 days you choose to engage our services for the specific matter discussed, your entire consultation fee will be credited towards office expense for the specific matter initially discussed. Corporate Rate: We have special corporate rates for companies doing business on a regular basis with us mainly for filing H-1b petitions. Please remember to ask Attorney Lal Varghese regarding special corporate rates for companies requiring multiple-employee processing. A payment plan may also be arranged for the duration of each case is being processed, but all fee should be paid in installments by post dated checks before filing with the USCIS. How to Contact Us: The office hours for The Law Offices of Lal Varghese, PLLC are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., CST. Messages can be left at any time in our voice mail system 24 hours a day, and 7 days a week. Our Office receives hundreds of case-specific questions via e-mail and phone each week. We cannot answer these questions without reviewing the files, discussion, analysis or research. We will not answer any specific questions with out reviewing each case, and we will ask you to contact our office to schedule an appointment for initial consultation. To provide advise without reviewing your case is just like a doctor treating a patient without seeing him/her, or the previous medical records, and diagnosis. If we provide you legal advise without reviewing your case, not only it would be inadequate, but could result in an incorrect conclusion leading to major legal problems for the person relying on the erroneous response based on insufficient facts, and may also result in professional malpractice on our part. DIRECTIONS: Our office is located on the south-west corner of Macarthur Blvd. and 635, in Las Colinas in the City of Irving in Dallas. Kinwest Parkway is the second signal south of 635 and first signal north of 161 on Macarthur Blvd. From Down Town Dallas it takes only 10 minutes, and anywhere from the Metroplex it will be about 15-20 minutes to reach our office.
